   VMFHL: registration
REGISTRATION AND PHOTO ID?
To play in the VMFHL you must be registered through one of the member clubs
(SEE LIST OF CLUBS - see above).

You must supply:

a) the usual name of the player (last name and first names) as it appears on a passport, BC Driving License and the game card, your home address and e-mail contact.
b) a passport style coloured digital photo as a JPEG file;
c) the player's FHBC registration number. If you are a new player to the league FHBC will assign you a new registration number, and
d) payment of the registration fee.

Important note for team contacts: if you are block registering for a team or club you must supply the individual information for each player or otherwise the insurance coverage of the player may be void.

The fees charged by FHBC go to support hockey in our province and our national organization, Field Hockey Canada.

You or your team captain must display the photo ID to the game officials when requested. Failure to produce a current ID will make you ineligble to play. Anyone playing without a current ID will earn a team penalty of the loss of points earned in the game in which the ineligble player participates.

Some clubs have integrated their on-line club registrations with the FHBC one.

The additional requirement: team captains are responsible for ensuring that all your team's registered players have read and agreed to the Code of Conduct (VMFHL CODE OF CONDUCT - see above).
